Social Media Brand Analysis: Unveiling Themes through Word Cloud Exploration

In my work, I used a word cloud to explore the main themes of a brand's social media posts. To do this, I parsed texts from posts in social networks, and then, using the Orange Data Mining utility, selected those that are most similar to their number and uploaded them to the service that creates a word cloud (www.wordclouds.com).

It was an interesting audit experience, because the keywords that belonged to the topics that had to be revealed in the first place often did not get into the word cloud at all, but on the contrary - secondary topics. SMM analytics helped clients make adjustments in their content strategy.
